Refund policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Period

  • You may return merchandise within 7 days of receiving your shipment. The item should be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Please note that the courier company will make two attempts to collect the shipment. If the courier is unable to complete the pickup after these attempts, you will be required to return the shipment to the company’s address. The availability of the reverse pickup service is contingent upon the service being offered in your area’s pin code.
  • Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Returns for Prepaid Orders: A flat return shipping fee of ₹120.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges for Prepaid Orders: Exchanges are free of charge.

COD Orders

  • Exchanges: For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), exchanges can be made with an additional flat rate shipping fee of ₹99.
  • Returns: If you return a COD order, the refund amount will be provided as a coupon code for the remaining amount after deducting the flat return fee of ₹120.

Please be aware that sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@beblazed.com.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • For Registered Users: Log in to your Registered Account and access the Return and Exchange portal using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
    • For Guest Users: You can also access the Return and Exchange portal using the link provided in your order confirmation email. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team at support@beblazed.com
  2. Prepare Your Package:

    • Documentation: Take a copy of your order or invoice sheet and circle the products you are returning.
    • Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original delivery package if possible. Ensure that the product is unused, in the same condition as received, and that all tags are intact.
    • Include Documentation: Insert the order/invoice sheet into the package. Ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
  3. Arrange Pickup:

    • Once you've initiated the return, our courier partner will arrange a pick-up within 1-2 business days. You will receive details of the carrier via phone and email, and you can verify with the courier at the time of pick-up.
  4. Hand Over the Parcel:

    • When the courier arrives, hand over the parcel. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10-15 working days for the refund amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the merchandise you received is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Follow the same return process as outlined above.

Discretionary Returns
Please note that approval of returns is at our discretion and depends on the condition of the returned product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
